Chief Executive Officer
Adam McDaniel is the Chief Executive Officer of LTX located in Atlanta, GA. He started LTX in 2009 with his associates and has guided the company to tremendous growth in its short existence. He was a Professional Baseball Player for the San Diego Padres prior to the upstart of LTX. Mr. McDaniel graduated from the University of Georgia (Finance) with Cum Laude Honors. He and his wife, Erin, reside in Atlanta, GA.
Chief Strategy Officer
Andrew Gleason is responsible for executing the company’s strategic initiatives as they relate to vision, retention, and growth. Since starting with LTX in 2011, he has assisted in the company’s double digit growth. Prior to LTX, Mr. Gleason was one of five Regional Managers for a $65MM commercial roofing company. Mr. Gleason played collegiate baseball at Gardner-Webb University and Southern Polytechnic State University. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration. He, his wife Tara Jo, and their three children live in Villa Rica, GA.
Joe Billick is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate the company’s risk. Since his start with the company in 2011, he has been involved in every facet of the company’s growth. Mr. Billick had his start as the Atlanta Asset Manager and most recently held the position as the Director of Operations before being named Controller. Prior to LTX, he was a professional baseball player with the Kansas City Royals organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Consumer Economics. He and his wife Lauren reside in Atlanta, GA.
Director of Sales
Ben Schwaderer is responsible for the generation and fostering of all sales and development efforts within LTX. Prior to LTX, Mr. Schwaderer was a professional golfer on the Florida Professional, Nationwide, and Emerald Coast tours and then became the teaching professional at Mirror Lake Golf Club for six years. Ben studied Business Management and Psychology at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC. He currently resides in Dallas, GA.
Director of IT
Geoffrey Coons manages and maintains all information technology related operations, automated auditing and management of all transactions, and the development of new software. Prior to LTX, he completed his four year commitment with the United States Air Force. Mr. Coons graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He and his fiancé April currently reside in Marietta, GA.
Vice President of Finanace
Ryan Tripp is the Vice President of Finance for LTX located in Atlanta, GA. He started at LTX in 2016 and leads the Accounting & Finance capability of the company. He assists the business in developing stronger knowledge through activities such as: marginal analysis, strategic planning, economic thinking and capital consumed, EVA, and ROCC concepts. Prior to working at LTX, Mr. Tripp was a Controller for Georgia-Pacific, with responsibility for five facilities. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama (Accounting & Finance), graduating with Cum Laude Honors. He received his Master’s degree (Accounting) from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in Atlanta, GA.
